OPEN 2 YEAR OLD HUNT SEAT
OPEN 2 YEAR OLD COLOR HUNT SEAT
STALLION OWNERS RECEIVE 25% OF THE WINNINGS,
MARE NOMINATOR* RECEIVES 25% OF THE WINNINGS,
FOAL OWNER** RECEIVES 25% OF THE WINNINGS, AND
EXHIBITOR RECEIVES 25% OF THE WINNINGS
*Person purchasing the SSA breeding
**Registered Owner of the horse at the time of showing.
The resulting foal will automatically be paid in full to the regular Just For Pleasure.
Please be aware of fees (mare care and chute fees) and breeding terms to the stallion you are bidding on. No refunds on any breedings for any reason other than the death of a stallion.
Payment for breeding will need to paid to Just For Pleasure by check within 5 days or by credit card via the secure site.

Effective January 2008, the new policy will be as follows:
Two Choices For One Time Payment:
Due July 1st of Year Bred: $200.00
OR Due June 1st of Weanling Year: $300.00
After June 1st of Weanling Year: $300.00 plus $200.00 penalty Total: $500.00
June 1st Yearling Year: $500.00 plus $500.00 penalty Total: $1000.00
June 1st 2 Yr Old Year: $1000.00 plus $1000.00 penalty Total: $2000.00

Just For Pleasure Mission Statement
Just For Pleasure was founded on the basis of the following statements:
FOR THE STALLION OWNERS: Just For Pleasure’s establishment was meant to support the stallion owners of the pleasure industry. It was set to provide them with rewards for their commitments to the breeding of up-and-coming pleasure horses.
FOR THE BREEDERS: Just For Pleasure was founded to help those who breed for the purpose of creating outstanding pleasure horses. The organizations want to reward the breeders for their investments in the industry by providing them with the incentives to continue to participate in the breeding of pleasure horses.
FOR THE EXHIBITORS: Just For Pleasure was established for the benefit of all exhibitors. It was set to provide Open and Novice exhibitors, of all breeds, a place to show and receive rewards for being involved with pleasure horses.
FOR ALL PLEASURE HORSES: Just For Pleasure was established for all breeds and ages of horses. Just For Pleasure will offer Open, Amateur, Youth, and Novice Classes for those exhibiting the older horses.
JUST FOR PLEASURE offers great money for the breeders in our business. With a format similar to the highly successful AQHA Incentive Fund, this program pays the stallion and mare nominator 10 percent of the horse’s earnings for life. Just For Pleasure is affordable for everyone, and it gives exhibitors at all levels a chance to show with confidence.
We believe that “Pleasure” needs its own major event, an event that is affordable and welcomes all breeds and exhibitors of all levels. “Just For Pleasure” cannot make more first places within a class, however we can provide rewards for good horses and hard work deep into the class. By doing this it will create excitement and demand for the horses we raise. Like anything, “Just For Pleasure” is not perfect. For the good of the industry, we will have to be willing to listen and make changes along the way. This program is for you and it needs your support. Nominate today or breed to a nominated stallion.

PARTICIPATING STALLION OWNERS may nominate their foals by paying $20 in year mare is bred to hold the nomination. Final payment due within 30 days of sale without penalties. Above late fees applied after 30 days.
